How we work

A well-defined method and a clear strategic plan let us deliver a high-quality product that not only meets our clients’ expectations but stands out for its meticulous attention to every detail. That care makes sure every aspect of the product is considered and refined, which in turn strengthens our reputation in the market.

  1. Execution and delivery

    We work on the agreed brief with our full attention. Every Monday you get a Loom with project progress, and every two weeks we have a 45-minute call to align. Deliverables for review are posted on the Notion board.

  2. Review and adjustments

    Unlimited revisions within the engagement. If the direction is off after a few rounds, you can ask for a full reset back to the original brief. Your feedback within 5 business days keeps the project moving; if it takes longer, the engagement pauses until you’re back.

  3. Wrap-up and continuity

    When you accept the final delivery you receive the source files and full IP of the work. You decide what comes next: start a new request within the subscription, pause for up to 30 days if you need time, or cancel with 7 days’ notice.
